Currently we are looking specifically for:
Head Chef
£ Highly competitive rates + benefits
Highly skilled chef with at least 5 years experience as a Head Chef in a reputable fine-dining restaurant.
The ideal person must be extremely passionate about Caribbean and Malaysian foods and values what each has to offer. You must possess the necessary skills in both cuisines.
You must be able to develop and build an excellent team with the desired skills and techniques.
You must be organised, a good trainer and communicator and a standard setter. Central to this role is continuous new product development, providing new and exciting dishes for our customers to enjoy.
